If you're having trouble using a feature or something is not working as expected you can reach us quickly by raising a support ticket. To do this log in to your account and scroll to the bottom of your 'My Account' page and click on the 'raise new ticket' button.

To change your payment method you need to login to your 'My Account' page. From there click on 'payment methods' and add a new payment of your choice. Please don't forget to delete the old method.
Yes, once you've got an active subscription with us it will automatically renew each month / year. If you'd like to stop your subscription you can do this from your 'My Account' page.
Your statement will show a transaction from 'Health I Need Somebody' for any payments made to us as part of an active subscription.
Yes, again when filling out your membership for you can personalise it however you like, so if you want the profile picture to be of your clinic/gym/yoga studio etc then do that then in your bio tell your potential patients/clients about your company. Again your can select all of the services you provide on your membership form and if they want to know more, direct links to your website and social media will also be on your profile page.
Unfortunately not. Each membership only allows you to create one profile listing. You can choose to create a new membership and profile for each member of your practice (something will will help you get more enquiries) or simply have one profile and membership for your practice as a whole.
If you'd like to switch your membership type please contact us to allow us to migrate your listing and set up a new subscription for you.
We want to make cancelling your contract with us as easy as joining us. Therefore all we ask is a 30day notice period prior to cancellation if you are paying monthly, or if you are paying yearly, then on receiving your renewal email, if you wish to cancel then please reply to the email and we will sort that out for you, if you do not reply to the email before your renewal date, then your membership will be auto-renewed.
